Question: Can I bond my new rabbit with my current bunny?
    Answer: Yes. Book a call!

Question: How does a Bunny Bonding Call work?
Answer: Once you have booked a date and time for your call just ring the number when you are all ready to start.
Question: How do I prepare for a Bunny Bonding Call?
Answer: Set up a kitchen or dining table covered with a bedspread or doona. Have both bunnies ready to put on the table eg in pet carriers or pens nearby. Have your phone camera set up at the end of the table showing yourself and bunnies. You and bunnies at one end. Phone camera at the other end of the table.

NB PHONE CAMERA SETUP: it is best to buy a phone holder to clip onto the edge of the table. Bunnies will often knock down the phone if only leaning on a book or something.

Bunny Bonding Steps

Bunny bonding is done in steps with repetitive sessions.

  1. The first step is to settle your bunnies into their new home. Allow a week and keep them in different rooms of the house until bonding is complete.
  2.  Prepare your bonding table. Use a 6 seater table length if possible for best results. Cover the table with a doona or bedspread. Push chairs in tightly or remove.
  3. Bring both bunnies near to the table in pet carriers.
  4. Practice controlling one rabbit at a time to keep them at one end of the table. Stroking to calm and repositioning to keep bunny steady in front of you. Bunny's but should be pushed into your body for security.
